Absolutely love this piece. But harder to put in, since the stars are too small for my grabber tool. Asked regarding sizing on their IG what they’d recommend and im happy with the size they recommended. 7mm for my firsts/seconds

So I tried to edit my original review but had no luck so here’s my updated review.
Yes, these earrings are extremely difficult to screw on properly but there is a solution! Go on Amazon and buy “blue tack” I purchased a pack for $2.49 it’s like a strong putty to help you install this earring.
Take a little bit of the blue tack and push over your tiny piece that is impossible to hold and simply screw on. After 2 days of fighting with this earring and having it screw on crooked I finally caved and bought the blue tack everyone talks about. Yes it works, yes they should the company supply a tiny piece along with the tool they give you. My earring installed on Tragus so that alone is a hard piercing to get jewelry on.
Working on day 3 of trying to get this installed/screwed correctly.
This external thread earring is super cute but impossible to install. I am trying to put in my Tragus piercing which is hard to install any earring but this one is mission impossible. Every time I screw on it’s not threaded correctly so the star is crooked and only screwed on half way.
Reached out to customer service and they said to wear gloves for install, tried an no success. Now I had to purchase the blue tack they advertise for the other earring to be installed with (personally think they should include a small piece of blue tack if they advertise to use that for install)
Packaging was adorable and even came with a small insert tool to use for install, well that is only for internal thread earring not external. So that was useless. They also told me to go local piercer and PAY them to install this earring. Nope! I shouldn’t have to pay someone to put jewelry in my ears. I’ve had plenty of other permanent earrings and no problem install them.
You see them advertise the diamond earring and installation is a breeze, maybe they should post a video of them install external thread earring in tragus.
