These are adorable, and perfect for a stacked look with just one piercing. Only note, these can be difficult to untwist the first time you get them, but they are screw back! Once they are in though, they feel super secure.

This has not left my ear in the six months I’ve had it. Absolutely love it and love that it looks like I have a double helix without the pain and recovery lol.
