I would advise to go to a piercing studio to get your measurements done prior to ordering. I followed the size guide on their website which said upper lobe sizes range from 5-6 mm so I ordered the 5mm hoops, however that was a mistake. I had planned to wear these on my 2nd piercing but they’re too small and wouldn’t fit right. I should have ordered the 7mm instead. Unfortunately I can’t even exchange it cause I got it during Black Friday and there are no returns or exchanges during their Black Friday sale. Makes me have doubts on if I want to purchase from them again in the future if this is their policy.
