LOVE My Nolan Earring Set!
I absolutely love my Nolan Earring Set!
Adornmonde’s customer service is amazing!
One of the earring’s posts broke off when I went to put it on for the second time. I emailed their customer service, explaining what happened. Someone responded back the same day, within a couple of hours, I believe. I sent them pictures of the set, with the broken earring. They apologized, and said they would replace it. They sent me a prepaid label to mail the broken one back. When I received the replacement, they not only replaced the broken earring, but sent me the full set! They went above and beyond! I will definitely order from them again! Thank you Adornmonde!

Hi Marie, Thanks for your review. Not sure if you are aware but this is an adjustable shank design. When the cuff is on the ear you can gentle squeeze the cuff to fit it to the ear. We would be happy to share a how to video on the way you can correctly wear this deisgn - its been a best seller of ours for over 8 years, so we think this might be a issue with knowing. how to wear the cuff as the design has not been updated since we launched 8 years ago.
