One earring does not close/ lock

Hello,

I came across your brand online and was very eager to try it out! I wanted to order everything :) i ordered this pair of earrings first thinking let me try one thing first and i was very disappointed one earring barely close it keeps falling so im not even able to wear them :( i really wanted to order much more items that i had in my basket initially but now think you might not have the best quality :( its pity cause your designs are gorgeous!
